Applicant notice: This tool does not determine enlistment eligibility, medical qualification, waiver approval, job reservation, or incentive entitlement. It is designed to show possible matches to discuss with a recruiter.
Policy basis for this prototype: AR 601-210 (current March 20, 2026 edition); ARNG FY26 SRIP Policy #26-01 effective October 1, 2025; and the latest publicly verifiable ARNG Accession Options Criteria, PPOM 24-017 (FY25), which states it remains valid until rescinded or superseded. State quarterly critical-skill lists and actual vacancies must be verified at time of processing.

Recruiter Setup
Recruiters: enter and apply your contact information. This downloaded HTML works without hosting.
A file on your computer is not a public link: recipients cannot open your local file path. Personalized links require this page to be hosted at a public web address.
New to the military? No problem. You do not need to know Army terminology to use this page. Questions are written in everyday language, and common military terms are explained as they appear. If you do not know an answer, choose Unsure or leave it blank when allowed — your recruiter can help you figure it out.

Why your recruiter still needs to verify the results: Army jobs are called MOSs (Military Occupational Specialties). Showing a job here does not mean that job currently has an opening in Washington or that it currently comes with a bonus. FY26 SRIP requires certain incentives to use the State's current quarterly Critical Skill / Low Density MOS list, which changes by quarter. The SRIP also contains program-specific exclusions and payment rules not fully reproduced here. Final eligibility must be confirmed in current systems and policy by the recruiter/guidance counselor/incentives manager.
